At Ramaaya, we carefully pack every order to ensure that your purchase reaches you safely and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful confirmation of payment.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order or customized products may require additional processing time. The applicable timeline will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available shipping/tracking details through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other applicable communication channels.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Indian Locations: 4–8 business days
Remote/Extended Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Any applicable shipping charges are separate from the product price unless the order qualifies for a shipping promotion or free-shipping offer.

4. Shipping Across India

Ramaaya currently ships to locations across India, subject to courier service availability at the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

House/Flat number
Street/locality
City
State
PIN code
Valid contact number

Ramaaya will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or contact information provided by the customer.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared with you where available.

You can use the tracking information provided by the courier partner to check the status of your shipment.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to become active after dispatch.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances including:

Courier or logistics delays
Weather conditions
Natural disasters
Public holidays
High-volume sale periods
Incorrect or incomplete address details
Transportation disruptions
Government restrictions
Other unforeseen circumstances

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts before returning a shipment to us.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, does not respond to the courier, or otherwise prevents delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.

8. Package Inspection

We recommend checking the package at the time of delivery.

If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, opened, or tampered with, please take photographs/videos of the package and contact Ramaaya as soon as possible.

9. International Shipping

At present, Ramaaya does not accept returns or exchanges on international orders.

International shipping availability, charges, customs duties, taxes, and delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and will be communicated where applicable.
